Our apartments range in size anywhere from 400 square feet to 1950 square feet, and two of our buildings were a part of the original school grounds or town homes that were built during the transformation from school to apartments.

The Gym Building
This former Gymnasium has been uniquely renovated into loft style apartments. All of the apartments in the Gym have a contemporary look with exposed pipes and brick walls, not to mention the extremely high ceilings and concrete floors. Some units have the original rubber floors that were used for the basketball court! In this building are Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, all of which have washer and dryer connections. The School House
The main building of the complex, the School House holds both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in various floor plans that have more of a classic look. These floor plans include some lofts, flats and other unique style apartments. Also in this building you can find the Laundry Room, Fitness Center, Leasing Office and the spectacular Rotunda!

The Town Homes
The townhomes are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and are equipped with special features such as a single car garage, skylights, split level style living room and dining room, private patio, and washer and dryer connections.
